- 5 / 5By Melissa HutchingsWent and got myself and the kids dinner tonight. Order the burger with no pickles and onions. Checked the buger as I was leaving and of course it had pickles. I xan not stand the taste of pickles on a burger makes me sick to my stomach! The shift manager, Tiffany, working this evening took back the burger, had another one made for me and because I was gonna have to pull forwarded she refunded me for my meal and gave the kids some cookies. Even though they messed up they made it right and went above what I was asking for. This is customer experienceand not just service and I love it! Thank you Tiffany for being great!February 21, 2017
