Sorry the girl was new by herself with a line to the door and freaking out because people were getting upset. Order was wrong and just seemed to be one thing after another. The management at this location needs help. If a customer tries to have a civil not crazy ass conversation, how about at least acting like you give a rip. If you have a lobby, why not remind employees that everyone can hear the conversation about customers and mangers shouldn't aid in negativity. You need more Connie's!! She was training a new employee Sunday and she does a great job in both training and taking care of her customers.
